Who are we?
The founders of RedShell hosting have been active within the hosting market since 1998. We began as friends in the salad days of the internet, we ran our own companies ranging from Unix outsourcing to major companies, web development and of course hosting. Now, over 10 years later, RedShell web hosting has been growing steadily, and our focus on simplicity. Why simplicity? Because most of us have been involved in far too many projects as technical people that were far too elaborate for their own good.
Support for these systems became a headache, where a solution that was born of simplicity would fulfil the business objectives of our clients and be simple to design, implement and most importantly, support!
Personal Service and Support
Companies often talk about personal service and support, we live by it. All our support staff are employees, as a matter of fact none of our services are outsourced. Support, server management, network management are 100% in-house. This ensures that all our staff are trained to our level of satisfaction, not someone else's.
Infrastructure
Our Dell servers and datacenters provides us to the ability to provide you with the utmost level of performance. All our servers are supported with UPS (Uninteruptible power supply's) which are backed by Diesel generators. We test our infrastructure on a monthly basis, this is almost unheard of in the hosting industry! All this to ensure we actually achieve 99.9% uptime 365 days a year.
Maximum Customer Control
As you know, simplicity is our key. Our in-house management software was designed from the bottom-up with this philosophy in mind. Due to our systems we can offer the maximum level of control, to you. Full scripting including, shell, php, perl and much more, for those of you who need it.
